CORONAVIRUS: INFORMATION FOR FAMILIES
Children and young people will be hugely affected by what is going on around them at this difficult time. Their lives are changing and they will have picked up worries and fears about the virus and the possibility that they or someone they love and depend on may get ill.
Don’t be afraid to have conversations with your child about coronavirus – not talking about something can sometimes make children worry more.
You’re not alone.
Below are some tips on how to talk to your kids. There are links to free resources for different age ranges – explore them all as some might resonate with your child better than others.
